Mind Money Maps sells and gives away digital products: downloadable PDFs, printables and spreadsheet templates. This page explains what happens if something isn't right.

Free downloads

Free products cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. If a free file won't open or download, email us and we'll send it again.

Paid digital downloads

Because our products are delivered instantly as downloads, UK law lets you cancel within 14 days only until the download starts. By completing your purchase, you agree that supply of the digital content begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you start the download.

This doesn't affect your legal rights if something is wrong with the product.

If your file is faulty

Every product should be as described, open properly and work as explained. If a file is corrupted, won't open, has a broken formula or isn't what the listing described, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix it, send a replacement, or refund you in full if we can't put it right.

Bought the wrong item, or bought it twice?

Email us before you download it and we'll refund or swap it.

How to ask for help

Email info@mindmoneymaps.com with your name, order number and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
